Day 2
LIMA – CHICLAYO - POMAC FOREST – SICAN MUSEUM – CHICLAYO

Transfer to the airport and flight to Chiclayo – Reception and transfer to the hotel. At the indicated time, visit the Pomac Forest where you can enjoy the impressive biological diversity. The area also houses impressive archaeological samples of the Sicán culture. Then visit the National Museum of Sicán, a place where archaeological pieces of the Lambayeque culture are exhibited. Lambayeque is known mainly for its metallurgical art, its gold funerary masks and its tumis or ceremonial knives are especially famous.
Transfer to Chiclayo. Overnight in the hotel.

Day 3
CHICLAYO – HUACA RAJADA – TUCUME – ROYAL TOMBS OF THE LORD OF SIPÁN MUSEUM

Breakfast, we start the excursion to the Huaca Rajada archaeological complex, old cemetery where the tomb of the Lord of Sipán was found, we will visit the site museum and excavation area. We will continue visiting the Pyramids of Tucume, a spectacular monumental site, we will walk to the Mirador and visit the site museum, eat lunch, finally arriving at the Royal Tombs of Sipán Museum, an impressive museum where the gold and silver jewelry from the tomb of the Lord of Sipán is exhibited.

Day 4
CHICLAYO – GOCTA LODGE

Breakfast, we will depart from the city of Chiclayo in a private vehicle, on this route we will cross 4 regions of Peru, starting with Lambayeque, the south of Piura, the north of Cajamarca and we will end in Amazonas. After leaving the coastal desert, we will cross the Porculla Pass to descend into the narrow valleys of the Amazonas-Chachapoyas region. Box Lunch on the route. Arrival in Cocachimba and installation at the lodge.

Day 5
GOCTA WATERFALL

Breakfast, walk to reach the Gocta Waterfall, which is considered the third highest waterfall in the world with 771 m high. This walk will take us through a mountain forest landscape that is home to a great variety of flora and fauna, free time to enjoy the place, return to the lodge, lunch, rest of the afternoon free, overnight.

Day 6
KARAJIA SARCOPHAGI + PUEBLO DE LOS MUERTOS

Breakfast, departure in bus to the Tingorbamba canyon, starting point of our walk to the archaeological zone of Pueblo de los Muertos, it is composed of mausoleums, funerary sarcophagi and cave paintings. Return to Lamud for lunch, in the afternoon we will head to the town. Cruzpata, a few minutes walk away (25 min), are the Karajia sarcophagi, unique burials in the world whose anthropomorphic tombs contain a mummy, each sarcophagus, located on large rocky cliffs, transfer to Chachapoyas. Overnight.

Day 7
KUELAP FORTIFIED CITADEL + MACRO – CHILLO LODGE

Breakfast, departure to the fortified citadel of Kuelap, after about 40 minutes. In bus, we will arrive at the archaeological zone of Macro, observation and explanation of the housing complex, we will arrive at the citadel of Kuelap located over 3000 meters above sea level, we will visit different places such as ceremonial enclosures, the main temple, south platform, circular rooms decorated with friezes . , the upper town in the lower town etc. Lunch, transfer to the Chillo Lodge facilities. Overnight

Day 8
CHILLO LODGE – POMACOCHAS – MOYOBAMBA

Breakfast, at the indicated time we move to the city of Moyobamba, on the route we will make a stop at the Pomacochas lagoon to enjoy the landscape, from the Andean Andes we will descend to the Amazonian plains, lunch, arriving at Moyobamba, city of orchids. Transfer to the hotel, overnight. Free meals. Trip not accompanied by a guide.

Day 9
MOYOBAMBA – TINGANA ECOLOGICAL RESERVE

Breakfast, visit to the Aguajal - Renacal Río Abisado Tingana natural reserve, we will travel to the port of the Boca del Río Huascayacu, then we will travel by motor boat to the Ecological Reserve, where we will be able to appreciate the diversity of birds and animals in their natural state, then traveling in native canoes. Box lunch at the interpretation center. Return to the Hotel, overnight.

Day 10
MOYOBAMBA – TARAPOTO - LAMAS

Breakfast. At the indicated time, departure to the city of Tarapoto, approximately 3 hours of travel. Overnight at the selected hotel. At the indicated time, visit the town of Lamas, which is located 30 minutes from Tarapoto. This city is known for its immense cultural value, stop at the main square, visit the Lamas Viewpoint and Castle, visit the Wayku neighborhood, where you can share with the Quechua-speaking indigenous people and dance their representative dances with them. Return to Tarapoto, hotel overnight.

Day 11
TARAPOTO

Breakfast, transfer from the hotel to the airport.
