Kuelap Fortified Citadel

9:30 a.m.: At the indicated time we will leave to the fortified citadel of Kuelap, after about 45 minutes we will arrive at the archaeological zone of Macro, observation and explanation of the housing complex built on the slope of a hill, then we will move to the town of Nuevo Tingo, later to the boarding station and exit platform to board the first cable car system in Peru, this will take us on a 20 minute trip along 4 km, we arrive at Malca Pampa, visit the interpretation room, later we will walk about 30 minutes to get to observe and visit the external area of Kuelap, in this place a professional guide will explain the historical process of Kuelap. This partial internal visit inside the monument will last about 45 minutes, we visit different places such as ceremonial enclosures, decorated circular rooms, etc Now also discover a new virtual adventure thanks to Kuelap 360°, a virtual experience through the Kuelap of our ancestors. We return by cable car, then we will enjoy lunch and finally the return to Chachapoyas.
